1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access soqi88 services.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may register only one Account. Multiple Accounts per person are strictly prohibited. soqi88 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts without notice and void any associated bets, winnings, and bonuses.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure Account security, soqi88 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) for all Users. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months.
• A selfie holding your ID document.
• Additional documentation as required for enhanced due diligence.

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension, withdrawal delays, or Account closure. We reserve the right to request verification at any time.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

soqi88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number. soqi88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose fees; these are beyond our control.

4.3 Deposit Verification

We reserve the right to verify the source of deposited funds. You may be required to provide proof that deposits originate from legitimate sources. Funds suspected of being derived from illegal activities will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal from soqi88, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification.
• Have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses.
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your name.
• Have a minimum balance of Rp 100,000.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times:

• Bank transfers: 5 minutes to 24 hours (typically under 5 minutes during business hours 08:00-22:00 WIB).
• E-wallets: 2 minutes to 12 hours (typically under 10 minutes).

First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rp 50,000,000. Monthly limit: Rp 500,000,000. Higher limits are available for VIP tiers. Contact support to request limit increases.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

soqi88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may deduct fees; these are beyond our control.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before placement. soqi88 does not accept responsibility for User errors in bet placement. Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors) will be void. We reserve the right to void bets if we suspect fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or technical errors.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the match is completed within 48 hours. For live betting, all bets placed during a stoppage (goal, injury, VAR review) may be void. 6.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) tested for fairness. Game rules, payouts, and RTP percentages are displayed within each game. Maximum bet limits vary by game and VIP tier. Irregular betting patterns or bonus abuse may result in winnings being voided and Account closure.

6.4 Lottery and Togel Rules

Togel (lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times. Results are based on official lottery draw outcomes. Bets must be placed before the draw closes. Late bets will not be accepted. Winning tickets are paid according to the posted prize structure.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Acceptance

soqi88 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses without risk, and coordinating with other Users to abuse promotions. soqi88 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts involved in bonus abuse.

8. Responsible Gaming

soqi88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. 9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Services if under 21 years of age.
• Allowing others to use your Account or registering multiple Accounts.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting game vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our platform.
• Abusing bonuses, chargebacks, or customer support systems.
• Using VPNs or proxies to disguise your location.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

10. Limitations of Liability

soqi88 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, soqi88 shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from User error, negligence, or Account compromise.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts (which we will correct in good faith).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to stop using the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

soqi88 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Prolonged inactivity (12+ months without login).
• Request for self-exclusion or responsible gaming measures.

Upon closure, your remaining balance (minus any bonuses or contested funds) will be returned to you after verification. Accounts closed for fraud or Terms violations forfeit all funds.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the soqi88 platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and game designs, is the intellectual property of soqi88 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class-action lawsuits.
